Week 12 Graveyard & Harden Hearts

Dang Where did all the time go? It feels like another week has gone by time is different out on the mish!!! anyway we got a banger week to get crackin to so let's get it!

Tuesday: This was probably the best day I've had on my mission of all time! I went with my brother from another mother Elder Adair on exchanges and we saw so many miricales I had to wait a couples days to journal on this one! So after dcm we started the exchange! Then we drove down to a members house and her name is sister Johnson and we go over there and come to find out that she is in some financial troubles and that she is has not seen her fam in a fat min! So we gave her a promise! That if she was to find a way to go the temple then all the stresses in her life will go away. As soon as we got done with that the spirit confirmed to all of us the promise we made was true during the closing prayer and then we leave and are driving to our next appointment and we get a call! And it was sis Johnson again and she said that she had a credit card at Firestone which had so much she fixed her car all the way through till its brand new and now she is going to the temple! Then the next one we lesson we had was with this kid named Andre he is about maybe 8 or 10 I think but anyway when we pull up he comes walking out with this big smile on his face and he said let's get it! So we then went down to this park and went over the goals he had set and explained why these goals are going to help him in the future then we went over 2 Nephi 22 2 and we were able to show him what it means to put god first! Then if god had one last miricale for us he did! We went to this guy named chris and when we knocked he opened the door and let us in then we went outside and sat there and talked with him did some how to begin teaching and then if that wasn't enough Elder Adair and I were on the same page and we both led into the restoration then we just flowed off each other with the spirit! And when we got done we asked chris to pray about joseph smith and he said yes then we got back in the car and on the way home we both concluded that the lesson we just taught was the best lesson we taught in our whole missions ever! Then to celebrate we went to good old McDonald's and moved a couch outside on to the back porch and sat there for like hours just talking and chillin it was lit dude! 

Wednesday: when we woke up we went out on the back porch to watch the sunrise and the best part was the sunrise was like black and white at the same time and then the idea popped into my mind that the light and the dark and rule the day at the same time and as soon as the thought was over this rush of light came out and it got so bright in what had to be a manner of seconds it was nuts! Then we did some daily planning and we were able to receive some banger inspiration and then we got to eating some food then after we left and went out we were driving to this person house and we found that we are actually going to this house and her name was Lauren Suggs well apparently what I didn't know is that she and Elder Adair had been working together for months now and they have been praying so long and so hard for a change in her life and when we were driving she texted us saying come over quick I need to talk to you guys! So we go over and out of our mind miricale she was able to get a letter from the government certifying that she can go to church the next couple of Sundays and then the next miricales was she moved her date back and now she is getting baptised in November instead of December! When she told us tbis we just lost it and just sat there in silence for a couple minutes and the lord just showed us what he can do on his time to help out the children of the lord! It was the most incredible thing I've ever seen out here ever! Then we went and had a lesson with Quan and he was cool we asked him to be baptised and he said he will think about it and his mom came out and talked with the member we brought to the lesson and he got his mom to maybe come back to church so they was another goatwood miricale! Then to finish off we had a great member meal with someone in the ward and then exchanged back and it was literally the best two days of my mission so far!!!

Thursday: we has a great day we didn't get out to work till 1pm so we made good time with what we had we just had a lot of people didn't answer but the highlight was getting Tammy ro quit smoking! So that was sick

Friday: found out that Halloween us on a Monday which is perty cool! We had a slower day but we had a lesson with our friend Zondiniqua and she is so ready to accept the gospel she believes that we were sent to her by God to teach her the gospel we invited her to church on sunday and she said that she is ready to rock and roll! The spirit was so strong my comps and I were all like tearing up as we were teaching it was so amazing to watch it happen! 

Saturday:  We were just driving around doing some work and we got the prompting to go visit someone that was a less active and gave her a blessing and her leg had been bothering her for a while and in the blessing we said that your leg can be healed and she got up out of the chair and it was healed then she just started  Bouncing around like a little kid and it was awesome miracle to witness today!

Sunday: We had a great day! it started out with church which ya boi had to speak so that was cool! then after that we had a lesson in second hour and one of the friends that we are teaching she came to church and she said a comment that got the whole place trippin so that was awesome to see! then after that we went back and planned out are day then we went to gray court and knocked like 15 doors got some lung cancer lol then we went to knock this one door and the referal was johnnie grant well turns out that johnnie grant doesnt live there but this guy named neal does and he told us that johnnie didnt live there and then he let us in and told us that he had a crazy story to tell us and that was that he lost his fiance about a month ago and that he was stuggling so bad with loss and hurt and that he didnt know if she was ok or anything like that! so we just kept talking and he told us that the sign from god that we came and kept calling us angels and we showed him that we just have the spirit with us and then after that he told us that he looked into our religion online then he prayed to god because he could not take anymore pain and he was getting ready to do some stuff and then we knocked on the door and that was so cool then after we taught our lesson he told us that he had met with missionaries like us in the past about ten years ago and that he turned them away and after he did that he told us that he felt so bad and he carried that pain with him for the last decade and then when he met us he told us that if we came to him he would never turn us down again and so we taught him our lesson then his girls mom came in and after that he showed us that he had college football rings from michagan and he let us try em on and i litterlay started to freak out so bad i put it on my finger and it was a freaking match made up in heaven and it was so awesome to see that and then after that we taught our friend jay the restoration and he was so elect he took the lesson like a champ and had banger questions to ask us we answered em and then after that we found that he was willing to take a book of mormon then we gave it to him and he said that he wants us to keep coming back and teaching him all the lessons! this whole week has litterly been the best week in my mission!!! 

spiritual thought: This week has gone by so fast I cant even be in any other place then this! my testimony of the gospel has grown so much! i have see the light of christ not just grow in myself but in others as well! So find a way this week yall can grow your faith and don't worry I'll send pics in the next email!!
