Week 8 Hurricanes & Headaches

Wow, this week was so full of ups and downs! WE WERE HIT BY A HURRICANE!!! We are all safe though we just had some strong winds and some rain but most importantly I'm good. All the missionaries are good and the work is pushing along!! 



Tuesday: we had exchanges with the Simp 3 elders! It was good we had a fire day. We had a prompting to talk to this lady and her fam about families and they were able to accept our message and feel the spirit! It was a great experience!! Testimony builder forsure!  



Wednesday: we started slow but we were able to make up for it on the back end by being fully aware of the spirit and where the lord wanted us to go so that was cool!  



Thursday: we were able to see the hand of the lord at work today! We went to visit a lady with Simp 3 and we brought the spirit back into her life so that was cool and then we were able to help just a bunch of other people so that was cool  



Friday: our plans were kinda up in the air all day! First our president told us to stay in! Then I'm hearing that we can work because we are about one of the farthest cities north in the mission! Then we were like OK screw it we gonna go work! So off we went and had BUSSIN LUNCH AT IHOP!!! Then we went to our friends in that area and taught them all and then went to a killer member meal where we had an hour and a half long discussion about the gospel! Then after we went back I literally crashed so hard! So it was a good day!  



Saturday: TODAY IS GENERAL CONFERENCE DAY!!!! We are so excited to watch it! We are watching it with some of our friends and then we are gonna maybe just maybe have to watch it at the church but anyway so pumped for that!  



Sunday: today is a great day! The sun is shining and the birds are singing are ya boi is chillin! General Conference was a BANGER!! The spirit hits different on the mission! I hope yall were able to find a way that you can apply the council of the prophet and apostles in your lives!!

12 o now my son's remember remember that it is upon christ the son of God that ye must build your foundation! Yea that when the devil shall send fourth his mighty winds yea his shafts in the whirlwind! And when all his hail and mighty storm shall beat upon you!! It shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of misery and endless wo because of the rock upon which ye are built! Which is a sure foundation! A foundation where on if men build they can not fall!  



This week has legit HIT ME LIKE A HURRICANE ;) Today I learned that through Jesus christ We all have the ability to be saved! Brother Homer taught me through the spirit of the lord what this quote from my blessing means! which is the righteous who are prepared need not fear! That was so cool and makes so much more sense now since I have became a missionary! And then I realized that my mission scripture came from God through my mom all those years ago! i didn't know it at the time but that was the beginning of my conversion to the savior! Time and time again we all have sinned, felt doubt, struggled finding peace or even finding meaning of an answer to our prayers! Well through the atonement of Jesus Christ we can find all of those things that we are looking for! My mission means so much to me that words can even describe how much it means! So here is what I'm going to do to make sure that i can have a life long conversion to the Savior! The answer is simple, find ways to improve our spiritual foundation! brick by brick until the lord will touch em with his hands and his feet and his side calling us up one by one until the work is done! This is how much I love the lord! I am willing to humbly accept and even seek correction by faithfully and diligently serving him until my time in this life is up! So here is my challenge! Find your foundation through reflecting on your own conversion through the savior! Then write down ways that you can build that foundation and finally act on those ways! And i leave you my promise that the lord will show you through the holy ghost what you can do to come closer unto him! Because discipleship of Jesus Christ is not cheap because the cost of the companionship of the HOLY GHOST is priceless!!! I chose to serve the lord now so he can work with me on my short game later! I love yall. I hope you know that! That is my message today! I leave these things with you in the name of Jesus Christ amen!

Yooo what's good! It's ya boi ET comin back with anotha BANGER EMAIL !!!!! This week we had some bussin moments and some not so bussin moments but that's life! Aight it's full send time! My comp and I we thought it was a good idea to leave early to get there so we can set up and we found that we didn't have a key to get in lol so we had to wait for Spanish to come and let us in but none the less we made it!! Week 37 Vol State Lines & Georgia State Of Mind

Yoooooo what's good! You know who it is lol ! Back at it again with anotha BANGER EMAIL this week! We got some fire stuff to throw down! Let get er done! !  Tuesday: FIRE! we had our DCM with our ZCM Accountability and it was amazing! We found so many ways that we can improve! It was CRAZYY! then after that we had a killer disscusion then we hopped into an extended Roleplay! Taught and killed it! Then we just passed time by KNOCKING DOORS! was fun.... Wednesday: we had a great day! We gotta go around to a bunch of less actives and had some banger lessons then we went and had ward cord then we just knocked more and called it a day! Thursday We had a good day! We were able to find some new people to start working with and it was legit! Then we went and drove around and knocked on some more doors! Week 87 Holy Week & Meekness

Yo what's good!! How yall doin? It's yalls favorite Elder back at it again with another BANGER this week! So let's get er done!  hey y'all this week has absolutely flown by with a lot of miracles and even some crazy things but to kick it off first this week we were able to find five new people to start teaching! they are all solid and we are looking for more people to grow our teaching pool here in charleston! we found em mostly through media referrals and through people that have been taught by the missionaries in the past! other then that the work has overall been the same! we had easter this week and that was fun the services we went too where only an hour as 2 and it was a nice change for the week so it was good!  this next week is going to be fun as well. We have general conference and have some big plans with the people we have been teaching! other then that the work is going to be the same just back to the grind of trying to find  TILL NEXT TIME THIS IS YOUR FRIE...
